Maaret and Jayson Madani have worked together since 2005 building and growing their real estate business through the peak in 2007, through tough years of recession and forward. As the team’s co-owner and manager, she has laid out a roadmap not only for their clients, but for the entire team. Her job is to ensure the smooth operation of all team functions, provide the team’s agents with the tools they need to be successful, mentor them with their real estate transactions, and to lend support when it’s needed.

 

Born and raised in Finland, Maaret married a Santa Cruz native and has called the Santa Cruz County her home ever since. Maaret loves real estate because it affords her the opportunity to make a positive impact on her community, her clients’ and team member’s lives. She’s excited to guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. She’s confident that her experience, education, and thoughtful approach will provide high quality marketing plans and sound strategies to get homes sold. And when it’s all said and done, she’ll donate to a charity of her client’s choice at close of escrow because she believes compassion is worth spreading.
