Leslie Cruz is a real estate agent who since 2015 has built strong relationships within the industry, ensuring her clients always have access to the latest information and opportunities. Based in beautiful Monterey Bay, Leslie's collaborative approach and attention to her clients' needs make the home buying or selling experience as stress-free as possible. As a cancer survivor, Leslie understands the value of being present and is sensitive to the emotions involved in real estate transactions. She is dedicated to providing a smooth experience and achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.Born in Peru and raised in Belmont, Leslie has lived in the South County and Monterey area since 2012, focusing primarily on first-time homebuyers. She holds a Bachelor's in economics, a BA in Sociology, and a professional retail sales management background. As a triple-negative breast cancer survivor, Leslie is passionate about helping her clients establish legacies for themselves and build wealth for their families. She believes in maintaining a positive mindset, staying resilient in the face of the unknown and always keeping faith.Leslie is a multilingual real estate agent with designations such as Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Conflict Resolution Mediator. She has received the 2018 Top Producer Bronze Award and has built her production year over year since. Leslie believes that those that have should give and is committed to giving back to the community through her involvement with organizations like Sell A Home, Save a Child, and Peace of Mind Dog Rescue. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys dancing, tending to her plants, crafting, cooking and most of all spending quality time with her husband and their young son. As an immigrant and first-generation college graduate, Leslie brings a unique perspective and understanding to her work, ensuring her clients feel supported and confident throughout the home buying or selling process.
