In this week’s agent highlight, we get to know Santa Cruz county local, Joe Heller. With over twenty years of experience, Joe is well versed in the many different areas of real estate. He has experience in property management, getting permits for residential and commercial buildings, short sales, as well as being able to walk first-time home buyers through the process of getting a home loan. His tenacity makes him a top notch negotiator. Joe believes that having an open line of communication with his clients is one of the keys to success.

With such diverse regions and homes in Santa Cruz county, it can be tough to pick a favorite. Joe’s favorite type of property to show is mountain homes or beach front property. He enjoys showing out of area clients all of the natural beauty of the mountains by taking them on a drive through the majestic redwoods. Or by going for a cruise along West or East Cliff Dr. Some of his favorite neighborhoods to show include Bonny Doon, Pleasure Point, and downtown Ben Lomond.

Joe was attracted to the Madani team because of the team atmosphere. Being around like minded, driven individuals sets the tone for success. He finds that everyone on the team is friendly and willing to collaborate on any situation that may arise. Not to mention all of the fun that comes along with being on the #1 selling team in the county!

In his free time, he enjoys taking advantage of the world class mountain biking trails that we have in the area and fishing. He also helps out at his wife’s boutique, Kickback, located in downtown Capitola.
